2023 was quite the year. We faced challenges, celebrated milestones, and found strength, creativity, and technological progress. As a global IT leader, SoftServe responded to the evolving demands of our customers, providing top-notch solutions, and continued to take care of our people and communities.
Shaping the world where everyone belongs
Nurturing a culture where everyone feels welcomed and included, regardless of their background, makes SoftServe stronger and drives our excellence. From a program to support veterans in Ukraine to global initiatives that provide IT education for vulnerable and underprivileged groups, learn how we make those principles true.
Drawing on 18 years of expertise in developing learning solutions, SoftServe launched the EmpowerU program. It offered free foundational IT courses to diverse communities, including young mothers, people with disabilities, refugees, and veterans across seven countries.

Keeping pace with the dynamic technology market, SoftServe Academy developed comprehensive training programs to prepare students to work with cutting-edge technologies like AI, NVIDIA Omniverse, Robotics, and No Code.
The fund has purchased and donated over 200 ambulances to 150 medical units since February 2022. 18,000+ people evacuated per year
Since February 2022, the fund has provided 1,000 tons of humanitarian aid, 10,000 items of computer equipment, 25,000 units of protection equipment, and 50,000 medical packages. 100,000 people received humanitarian aid

407 children participated in the courses
Open Eyes Fund donated 75 specialized medical equipment items to 5 Ukrainian hospitals, bolstering the treatment of war-related trauma cases.
