Business Challenge

Our client was using a legacy ERP system for managing its production and sales processes. This system had been supporting company’s processes for more than five years, but it provided limited opportunities for new functionality development and integration with external systems.

They were looking for a software solution that could effectively support and improve existing and future business processes. The new system needed to support and enhance future business growth by providing new opportunities for external system integration.

Our client faced several key business challenges:

  • Difficulty supporting the existing legacy system, resulting in limited ability to make changes to existing functionality and adding new automated business processes.
  • Not having the ability to integrate with existing and future systems meant they could not expand a nd improve sales processes which limited company growth.
  • Low system performance resulted wasted time waiting for pages to load or requests to be completed.
  • Sub-optimal user experience requited more time for executing daily tasks.

Our client wanted to replace its existing legacy system with a new system that would cover automation of current and future business processes and support future company growth.

The new solution needed to support integration with external systems, provide the ability to easily maintain and support future system extensions, cover core business processes available in existing legacy system, and give users an easy way to perform daily tasks.
