Harry Propper
CEOHarry Propper is a seasoned business leader who has been working in the technology industry for over 30 years. Throughout his career, he has helped customers achieve their objectives in various roles, including as a consultant, sales leader, and product development expert.
Harry stepped into the role of SoftServe CEO at the end of 2023. Harry joined SoftServe in 2008 and has devoted a significant part of his career to the company, taking on different roles, including a year on the board of directors. Previously, as global president between 2019 and 2022, Harry oversaw all aspects of SoftServe's service delivery. He was accountable for leading engineering and customer-facing teams globally while growing and developing a strong client solutions team — all focused on assuring our clients’ success by delivering an excellent experience.
Before joining SoftServe, Harry founded and sold two software companies and was CEO of a nonprofit social services organization. As for his educational background, he holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology.
Volodymyr Semenyshyn
Chief Revenue OfficerVolodymyr Semenyshyn joined SoftServe in 2005 and gained extensive experience across multiple departments, including marketing, HR, delivery, and business development, and led the EMEA region. In his role as chief revenue officer, Volodymyr leads business development globally, driving strategic initiatives to further the company's growth and success.
Volodymyr earned a dual Master of Science degree in International Economics and Management from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. He also holds an M.S. in International Business and Law from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. Additionally, he completed executive leadership programs at the London Business School in 2018 and Harvard University in 2019.
Volodymyr earned a Ph.D. in Economics at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and regularly holds business training sessions for MBA students at the Lviv Business School for Managers and the Lviv Business School of Ukrainian Catholic University.
Alex Chubay
Chief Delivery Officer, Global Chief Technology OfficerAs chief delivery officer and global chief technology officer, Alex Chubay leads technology strategy and execution at SoftServe. Focused on the highest standards of excellence and productivity accelerated through integrated centers of excellence and delivery teams, Alex helps to create a sustainable competitive advantage through continuous technology-driven innovation for both the company and our clients.
Alex became part of SoftServe in 2001, bringing over two decades of experience in engineering and business leadership. Throughout his career, he has amassed a strong track record of transformational experiences, combining innovation, technology, and leadership to create winning solutions. Alex has held numerous SoftServe leadership positions, including SVP client success, VP consulting, VP delivery, and software development office director. He has been at the forefront of business development and service delivery for strategic accounts in multiple global geographies, consistently driving growth and making a positive business impact for his clients.
Alex earned a master’s degree with honors in applied mathematics from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
Andriy Stytsyuk
Chief Finance Officer, Chief Operating OfficerAndriy Stytsyuk joined SoftServe in August 2010, bringing with him nearly a decade of financial management experience gained while working with various technology companies in Ukraine.
Andriy oversees SoftServe's finance and treasury functions, handling accounting and reporting, budgeting and controlling, cash management, and international tax management issues, as well as strategy process and M&A. He is also responsible for driving SoftServe’s corporate development and strategy through high-quality and effective operational activities that support the globalization of the business. Under his leadership, SoftServe has continued to comply with the highest industry standards and best practices.
Andriy graduated from Lviv National Ivan Franko University, majoring in international finance within the department of international relations. Following his graduation, he pursued further professional development and became a member of ACCA (UK) in 2000. He also applied his education and experience to support his passion for sustainability, acting as a limited angel investor for businesses and ideas that contribute to a better future.
Adriyan Pavlykevych
Chief Information Security OfficerAdriyan Pavlykevych oversees technology vision and leadership, directing the development and implementation of SoftServe's Information Technology (IT) approach globally. He is responsible for planning and executing enterprise information systems to support distributed and centralized business operations for more effective and cost-beneficial enterprise-wide IT operations.
Committed to continuous optimization, Adriyan uses his industry experience to improve the company's management processes, ensuring accelerated and seamless performance.
Under his leadership, SoftServe's ІТ function evolved into a service-oriented organization with robust processes, implementing an ITIL-based IT management system (ITSM).
Adriyan graduated from Lviv Polytechnic National University and obtained a master's degree with honors in electrical engineering.
Arturo Pena
Chief Marketing OfficerArturo Pena is a marketing transformation leader with nearly two decades of experience in the technology sector. He is skilled in managing demand generation, integrating sales and marketing functions, streamlining and automating marketing operations, and delivering omnichannel and digital experiences.
Arturo joined SoftServe from Cognizant, where he was VP of global marketing, leading teams across North America, Europe, and APAC. Before that, he held senior marketing and commercial positions at companies like GE Digital, Dell Technologies, and Itera, an IBM Premier Partner in LATAM.
At SoftServe, Arturo establishes brand awareness and expands revenue pipelines through customer-focused strategies, such as account-based marketing and modern digital tactics. He is also passionate about developing high-performing marketing teams.
Arturo has acquired several qualifications, including an MBA from Rice University and a Design Thinking Certification from MIT.
Paolo Emilio Testa
Chief People OfficerPaolo leads the People function at SoftServe, aiming to build a top-tier HR organization that champions Leadership and Talent Development and supports business growth. With over 25 years of global experience in leading Fortune Top 50 service companies across Asia-Pacific, Middle East-Africa, and Europe, Paolo has worked closely with C-suites and regional business leaders, offering strategic advice and executive coaching.
Before joining SoftServe, Paolo served as EMEA Senior Vice President of People at GlobalLogic, where he built a modern HR function and led the company's talent strategy. Paolo has contributed to evolving HR from an administrative position to a business-supporting role. His methodology includes using a multiplier approach, advanced technologies and developing strategies aimed at boosting innovation and unlocking talent potential.
Paolo earned his degree in Political Sciences, Economics, and Labor Laws from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, Italy.
Vasyl Malchyk
Head of LegalVasyl Malchyk joined SoftServe in 2002, marking the start of a journey that has spanned over two decades. Vasyl has been an integral part of our company for a significant portion of its history, contributing his skills and commitment to our shared goals.
He ensures that SoftServe navigates legal and contractual challenges smoothly, safeguarding the company's interests and operations. He excels in negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal risks, and navigating litigation matters with expertise.
Vasyl boasts a multifaceted educational background, having obtained a law degree from Lviv National Ivan Franko University. Additionally, he broadened his horizons by securing a computer science degree from Lviv National Polytechnic University.
Yuriy Stohniy
Head of AdministrationYuriy Stohniy joined SoftServe in 2010 and is currently the senior vice president of administration. In this role, he oversees the office support and administration teams, ensuring their alignment with industry standards and company goals.
Yuriy is also accountable for the implementation and improvement of SoftServe’s Environmental Sustainability Program, including the establishment of our ISO 14001-certified environmental management system. He oversees the annual determination, review, and approval of short- and long-term environmental strategies. His responsibilities include the development and implementation of our decarbonization plan within SoftServe’s commitment to the Science-Based Targets initiative, as well as ensuring compliance with other environmental objectives related to zero waste, sustainable offices, and IT solutions.
Yuriy holds an MBA from Lviv Business School, where he gained valuable insights and skills in strategic management, effective leadership, and enterprise development.
Key and Regional Leadership Team
Keith Rozmus
President, North America SalesAt SoftServe, Keith Rozmus and his team own new client acquisitions across North America. He is also the executive sponsor for our Latin America delivery centers and partnerships. Currently, Keith is also responsible for our North American strategic partnerships.
Keith brings over 25 years of management experience in the technology sector. He has previously owned the P&L and built and led global sales teams at two startups, acquired by IBM and HP. During his tenure as vice president for IBM's Platform Computing Worldwide Cloud and Big Data team, Keith worked with clients in the government, manufacturing, financial services, retail, and healthcare industries, spanning North America, Europe, and Asia.
Before joining IBM, Keith held leadership roles at Cray Inc. He was responsible for worldwide business development within the custom engineering group, primarily focusing on the DoD and energy sectors. Additionally, he worked at HP, where he served as the director of sales for the Americas, overseeing global sales and channels across North America, Latin America, and Asia.
Keith holds a B.S. degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Jerry Buchanan
North America Segment Leader,Healthcare & Life SciencesJerry Buchanan is an accomplished business leader who excels in developing and implementing world-class user experiences and overseeing the delivery of digital transformation.
At SoftServe, Jerry shapes the strategic direction of the healthcare and life sciences verticals, helping clients remain at the forefront of both technology and business. He is proficient at building teams and highly motivated by creating an environment of synergy to achieve ambitious objectives.
Jerry's time in the military has honed his ability to exercise team-level resolve, leveraging each person's strengths to achieve shared goals. This skill seamlessly translates into ensuring our clients' success.
Jerry earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy, West Point, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
Hugh Forque
North America Segment Leader,Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Transportation and LogisticsHugh brings 30 years of consulting and professional services experience, having built his career on deep, meaningful relationships — something he credits as the key to his success in the industry. He currently leads the manufacturing, retail, and CPG segment at SoftServe.
Hugh held leadership and business development roles at Accenture, Capgemini, EY, and Slalom, most recently serving as general manager at Slalom for Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Prior to his time at Slalom, Hugh served as NA energy leader and NA sales leader at Capgemini.
Beyond his professional achievements, Hugh is passionate about giving back. He serves as a regional board member for CareerSpring, a nonprofit dedicated to helping first-generation and low-income college students transition into successful careers.
He holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
Ivan Leshko
North America Segment Leader,Software and Hi-TechIvan leads the software and hi-tech segment at SoftServe, delivering specialized technology services to all hi-tech clients with a focus on driving innovation, optimizing digital transformation, and helping clients navigate the complexities of emerging technologies.
With over two decades at SoftServe, Ivan’s results-driven approach is evident in his ability to build long-lasting client relationships, drive strategic business development, and lead high-performing teams. Ivan’s teams enable clients to accelerate product development, improve operational efficiencies, and gain a competitive edge in the market. His deep understanding of software engineering, cloud computing, AI, and data-driven solutions has been instrumental in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to global enterprises and startups alike.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Ivan is an active contributor to the tech community. He regularly lectures at universities, sharing insights on technology trends, leadership, and global team management. Ivan is also a published author, with works focusing on leadership principles, navigating the challenges of managing global teams, and the intersection of technology and business. Additionally, he frequently contributes articles on technology and business strategy, helping professionals and organizations stay ahead in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Ivan holds a degree in computer science technology from a leading European university and an executive MBA from a business school, equipping him with a strong foundation in both technical expertise and strategic leadership.
Robert Ward
North America Segment Leader,Financial Services, Energy, Utilities and Real EstateRobert Ward is the executive vice president of the North American enterprise segment at SoftServe, driving revenue growth and strategy across banking and financial services, real estate, energy, and emerging industries. He leads business development teams, defines go-to-market strategies, and owns the P&L for his segment.
With executive experience spanning technology, private equity, and international leadership, Robert has successfully led and owned P&L in multiple roles. As COO of media sciences, he drove operational and financial strategy for a publicly traded company, and as managing director for Asia at Kayne Anderson, he oversaw major investments and business expansion. In 2020, he led a modern data strategy that increased gross profit margins by up to 11%.
Robert holds an MBA and an engineering degree from the University of Minnesota. A Six Sigma Black Belt, he also holds multiple patents in AI-driven software innovation.
Oleksiy Merkulov
Global Segment Leader,CiscoOleksiy helps enterprise clients accelerate their digital journey, optimize technology investments, and drive business growth. With a strong focus on value creation, strategic partnerships, and delivery excellence, he ensures that clients achieve measurable outcomes, from increased operational efficiency to enhanced customer experiences.
Oleksiy joined SoftServe in 2006 and has two decades of experience in technology and business leadership. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong track record of building high-performing teams, overseeing large-scale security solutions, and guiding organizations through complex technology challenges. He has held multiple leadership roles, including SVP client success, delivery director, and senior project manager.
Oleksiy holds a master’s degree in computer science from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
Olha Moroz
EMEA Segment LeaderOlha Moroz is a results-driven leader with 20 years of experience in the technology industry. She has an extensive track record of leading complex projects and solving problems while building repeatable, sustainable processes that support future operational excellence for clients and teams.
Olha leads the EMEA region. She is passionate about helping teams find new and creative ways to exceed our clients’ expectations, build strong relationships with them, and grow our collaborations in the future.
She earned a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics with honors from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
Dipen Mehta
APAC Segment LeaderDipen Mehta brings over 20 years of experience to banking, financial services, and insurance clients, helping them harness the potential of cloud, AI, and digital solutions to transform business models, operations, and customer experiences.
Before joining SoftServe, he worked at Microsoft, collaborating with financial services clients across the APAC region to develop and deliver digital transformation strategies spanning banking, insurance, and capital markets. Before this, Dipen worked at AWS, leading digital innovation across APAC and later globally. He helped customers drive top-line revenue growth using emerging technologies and trends.
Dipen is an avid entrepreneur, advisor, and investor in numerous U.S. and Asia Pacific startups.
Dipen holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Anastasia Frolova
Country Manager,UkraineAnastasia Frolova is the vice president, Ukraine country manager at SoftServe. She manages the Ukraine entity from an operational and P&L perspective. This involves running cross-functional operational teams in delivery centers, along with integrating both current and upcoming delivery centers in Ukraine with the client success leadership organization and global corporate functions.
Anastasia joined SoftServe in 2016 as the leader of the talent operations team in Lviv. In that role, she fostered SoftServe's growth in the Lviv delivery center for five years and was responsible for arranging the placement of more than 800 associates on an annual basis. Over the years, she has navigated various challenges, from facilitating business growth and overseeing organizational transformations to managing the impacts of the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.
Andon Simeonov
Country Manager,BulgariaAndon Simeonov is the general manager of SoftServe Bulgaria. In this role, he leads the company's strategic and operational direction in Bulgaria and oversees its financial, business, and human resources aspects.
With more than 13 years of experience managing people and projects in dynamic environments, Andon has held senior roles at companies like Evrokom, Megalan, Mnetwork, and Mobiltel.
Andon has a master's degree in telecommunications from the Technical University in Sofia, and an executive MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU) and the University of Minnesota. He is also the leader of the WU Executive Alumni community in Bulgaria.
Sebastian Drzewiecki
Country Manager,PolandSebastian Drzewiecki joined SoftServe at the beginning of 2022 as vice president, country manager of Poland. Since then, he has managed the Poland entity, overseeing operations, fostering growth initiatives, and cultivating client relationships in the region.
Before this role, Sebastian worked for GlaxoSmithKline, Hewlett-Packard, and Sabre, helping to establish business centers in Poland, Costa Rica, and Malaysia. Over his 20-year career, he has acquired a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of operating in multiple countries and cultures. That sharpened his ability to navigate complex business environments and build robust relationships with stakeholders worldwide.
John Howard
Country Manager,ColombiaJohn Howard became a part of SoftServe in 2021, assuming the position of vice president, Colombia country manager. In this role, he is accountable for establishing and launching our Colombian development center.
John has been in the software industry since 2002, beginning as a computer science engineer. Throughout his career, he's taken on various roles including technical project manager, technical agile project lead, agile coach, and people manager. For John, effective communication and genuine passion for his work are essential for success, both professionally and personally. He's particularly fond of agile philosophy and is thrilled to represent SoftServe's strong culture as an ambassador.
Vladimir Mendoza
Country Manager,MexicoVladimir started at SoftServe in 2021, stepping into the role of vice president, Mexico country manager. In this capacity, he leads the development and growth strategy for our Mexico development center. His responsibilities include launching and running new offices from the ground up and taking end-to-end ownership of operational KPIs and the P&L.
Vladimir is a leader who thrives in diverse cultural settings, with extensive expertise in nearshore and offshore models. He's also adept at implementing digital transformation and evolution strategies, focusing on people and results to deliver maximum business value for customers.
Jaime Oviedo
Country Manager,ChileAs country manager for Chile, Jaime Oviedo is responsible for launching the development and innovation center, expanding the client base, and driving SoftServe's growth in the region
Jaime boasts more than 20 years of global experience in software development and processes. His professional background includes extensive experience in executive positions in private sector companies such as Aurea Software, Red to Green, and Oracle, as well as in the public sector at the Chilean Ministry of Economy.
Regarding his education, Jaime earned a master's degree in software engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, he graduated as a civil engineer specializing in computer science from Universidad de Concepción.
Dan Adrian Paraschiv
Country Manager,RomaniaAs vice president, Romania country manager at SoftServe, Dan Adrian Paraschiv oversees the strategic direction and operations of the company's newest delivery center in Europe. His goal is to cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence both within SoftServe and the broader Romanian IT community.
Dan's career began over 20 years ago in software engineering, evolving through various management roles like delivery manager and delivery director. He has a proven track record of managing complex software delivery programs for global clients in multiple domains, such as banking, finance, and telecommunications.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Industrial Automation from the Politehnica University of Bucharest and certifications in ITIL, Prince 2, Azure, and GCP.
