The Emergency Response Team is a cross-functional team whose mission is to ensure SoftServe is prepared for a variety of eventualities and related risks. Since the start of the war, the team’s greatest efforts were focused on the evacuation and relocation of associates, and providing them with financial, operational, informational, and psychological support.

With the start of the full-scale Russian war in February 2022, the fund focused on saving and supporting the people of Ukraine. It covered their needs in the most critical areas – humanitarian aid, medical supplies, and body armor for those defending the country.
