Roadmap — the single reference point ensuring that everyone shares the same goal — is one of the most important product pieces from a strategic perspective. A roadmap is also a powerful tool that tracks progress and acts as an illustration for further communication with stakeholders and related teams.  

At this event, we will focus on the roadmap — how it connects different roles and how teammates collaborate to achieve the ultimate goal. Our speakers will not only share their perspectives but also provide some examples and insights from their experiences.

About the speakers:

Yana Neykova is a product manager with more than seven years of experience in business analysis, leading product development in various domains. For the past two years, she has been part of a team of experts at SoftServe's Centers of Excellence. She is passionate about new market trends, AI, and big data. Yana believes that learning is a never-ending curve and is always looking for new opportunities and challenges.  

Stoyan Atanasov is a senior business analyst at SoftServe with more than eight years of experience in a diversity of domains. Stoyan is also a business analysis coach, mentor, and vice president of education at the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA Bulgarian Chapter).  

Hristo Hristov is a project manager at SoftServe with more than five years of experience both as a software developer and a technical PM. Currently, he is managing three teams at SoftServe, which all work for the same client but in different areas of technology. As for his hobbies, he is interested in trading crypto and stocks, playing video games, or hiking in the mountains.
