SoftServe Colombia Earns Great Place To Work Certification

A Great Place To Work Certification recognizes companies that create an outstanding employee experience. Certification is a two-step process that includes surveying employees and completing a cultural audit. A company’s scores are determined by evaluating employee feedback (employee survey) and independent analysis of organizational culture (cultural audit) conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute.

According to the employee experience survey results, 98% of employees at SoftServe Colombia say it is a great place to work.

The employees' feedback showed that 99% of SoftServe Colombia associates agree with the statements “I feel proud when I say that I work in this organization”, “I am treated well regardless of my position in the organization”, and “People are treated equally regardless of their sexual orientation”.

According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits, and have a fair chance at promotion.
