SoftServe earns UK Great Place To Work Certification

A Great Place To Work Certification recognizes companies that create an outstanding employee experience. Certification is a two-step process that includes surveying employees and completing a cultural audit. A company’s scores are determined by evaluating employee feedback (employee survey) and independent analysis of organizational culture (cultural audit) conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute.

SoftServe exceeds industry standards: According to the employee experience survey results, 92% of employees at SoftServe UK say it is a great place to work, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK-based company.

According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits, and have a fair chance at promotion.
