The study, conducted by the youth employability specialist FistJob, involved over 14,700 young professionals from 109 companies. They evaluated their professional experiences based on dimensions such as learning and development, job stability, and organizational culture, leading to the recognition of the top 41 organizations in this ranking.

The study used a 100% quantitative methodology to analyze the organizational culture of the evaluated companies, recognizing SoftServe Chile for its benefits and recognition, remote work and flexible hours, multiculturalism, challenging projects, and opportunities for growth and education.

SoftServe Chile has implemented various policies that contribute to a positive work environment and the integration of new generations among its employees.
