SoftServe Unveils Client-Focused Headquarters in Austin, Texas
SoftServe, a global leader in digital services and software development, today announced it has relocated its offices in Austin, Texas to the new 5th + Colorado building downtown. This location is now the company’s North American headquarters, with its European headquarters to remain in Lviv, Ukraine.
Spanning more than 5,000 square feet, the office was designed from the ground up to house an industry-leading customer experience center (CXC) for hosting workshops and networking events with experts, clients, and technology partners, such as Google, Cloudera, and many others. The open office features a variety of flexible spaces including lounge areas, conference rooms, an open kitchen, and employee work stations.
Customer Experience Center Inspires Innovation
The CXC offers SoftServe experts and guests an inspiring space to tackle complex business challenges. Clients will visit for two primary purposes: first, experience design workshops will provide a framework for collaboration between designers, digital experts, and organizational leaders, and second, customer briefings where industry experts will present research and development projects and other case studies to showcase how clients from different industries and various parts of the world are leveraging SoftServe’s expertise.
“The CXC gives our existing and prospective clients the opportunity to live the value of our offerings, build thoughtful and informative relationships with our subject matter experts, and understand what it means to do business with SoftServe,” said Chris Baker, CEO, SoftServe. “It will enable us to demonstrate how we’ve addressed similar obstacles in the past while we explore each client’s unique set of circumstances and determine how we can help meet their objectives together.”
Modern Work Space Supports Global Staff
Featuring high ceilings, honed concrete floors, and a custom mural by local graffiti artist Mike “The Truth” Johnston, the new headquarters provides a flexible working environment with modern amenities.
“We’ve experienced incredible growth over the last several years and our requirements have changed dramatically as a result,” said Brian Borack, COO, SoftServe. “With clients throughout Texas, and many frequently visiting from around the globe, we need an office that can accommodate client briefings as well as SoftServe’s growing local team.”
SoftServe has worked with more than 60 companies in Texas, including HomeAway, RetailMeNot, Bazaarvoice, SolarWinds, Zilliant, Atlassian, and Overhaul, and currently partners with hundreds of clients worldwide. The company will continue to operate sales offices in the United States and Western Europe and development centers throughout Eastern Europe.
