Softserve Wins Gold And Silver At Globee® Awards

The Gold Award in the Podcast Achievement category went to SoftServe for the podcast “The Solution: Good Code,” which aims to promote intellectual volunteering and highlight the social impact businesses can achieve. Launched in early 2023 in partnership with Ukrainian “Radio Skovoroda,” it has grown to seven episodes, attracting 26,000+ listeners and generating over 1 million in social media reach.

The podcast shows real examples of how employees can make an impact—projects of OpenTech, the company’s charity pro bono program. SoftServe’s volunteers develop tech solutions for charity funds, NGOs, governmental functions, museums, and animal shelters. The podcast delves into each of these impactful projects, offering insights from both nonprofit representatives and OpenTech team members on their collaborative journey.

The Silver Award in Marketing Achievement (Use of AI) nomination recognized SoftServe for its Gen AI-driven immersive experience service, “Alnair: Fortune Teller of the Metaverse.” Created by SoftServe's R&D experts and driven by the marketing team, Fortune Teller has been showcased at over 10 international tech events, garnering extensive media coverage across six countries as more than 1,000 participants interacted with a digital human. The service demonstrates SoftServe’s expertise in technology, including Gen AI, mid-air haptics, NFT, and blockchain. As a highly interactive marketing tool, Alnair can be used for customer engagement, immersive education, and brand awareness in various industries, such as retail, entertainment, and the public sector.

Created in 2003, the Globee Awards recognize outstanding businesses, leaders, and innovators from around the world who have demonstrated exceptional achievements throughout many industries. This year’s winners were selected through a data-driven peer-to-peer and industry expert review process.

For SoftServe, it is not the first Globee—in 2021, the company was recognized with the Silver Award for innovative tech solutions designed to help businesses navigate amid COVID-19 disruptions. Among them were solutions like People Counting, tracking visitor traffic to assist safe social distancing, Biosense, contactless well-being tracking, and TouchlessAI, enriching interactions under social distancing.
