SoftServe Stands With Ukraine

Russia’s unprovoked war in Ukraine and the resulting humanitarian crisis is heart-breaking. Our founders and our company stand firmly on the principles of a free and sovereign Ukraine.

Caring deeply about our people and communities and bringing our best to every situation is in our heritage. The resolve of our people, and operational protocols that have been designed to manage such risk, have been instrumental in our ability to continue to serve our clients. This ensures we focus on our biggest priority, the safety and wellbeing of our people.

Over the past few weeks, we have been working closely with our colleagues in Ukraine to provide them with all the resources available to us, from relocation efforts to paid leave and charitable donations. We are also grateful to all our clients and partners who have expressed support for our associates and the continuation of our business relationships.

While we applaud the actions of many, much more needs to be done to isolate Russia from the world. To that end, we urge all businesses to end their work with Russia immediately. By doing so we will apply economic pressure in addition to the enacted global sanctions.
